2.Oil Circulating and Dynamic Filter System:Through oil pump to circulate the oil with uniform temperature.Also, it can push the products go ahead from the entrance of the fryer.

3.Easy to clean internal parts: Frying machines are equipped with mesh belt lifting devices (hydraulic or steel wire rope or chain).

4.Intelligent Temperature Control:Once the temperature of the continuous fryer reaches the set temperature, it will automatically cut off the power supply. Once it falls below the set temperature, it will automatically restart.

5.Long service life and low failure rate: utilizes renowned electrical components.

6.High counting precision:Equipped with a high-sensitivity electromagnetic force sensor, it achieves a single-bucket weighing resolution of 0.01g and uses algorithms to intelligently combine weights from multiple buckets to match the target weight.

Uganda – Quick Freezer

On January 12, 2026, a client specializing in quick-frozen fruit and vegetable processing visited our factory. They already possessed a fruit and vegetable washing line and were looking to acquire a quick-freezing unit. Their products consist of various raw fruits—primarily mangoes, pineapples, passion fruit, and avocados—requiring freezing temperatures between -35°C and -40°C. We conducted on-site tests with these fruits, and the client was highly satisfied with the frozen results; after discussing a few remaining details, they signed the contract on the spot.

Libya-Farmer -French Fries Production Line

On October 22, 2025, a Libyan client specializing in potato cultivation visited our factory to learn about machinery for processing potatoes into quick-frozen french fries. The client first discussed the processing workflow with our technical team, then addressed the issue of size grading for potatoes of varying dimensions, and conducted a detailed inspection of the welding quality on the machinery in the workshop. Guatemala – Agricultural Processing Enterprise – 100 kg/h Continuous Banana Chip Production Line

On August 26, 2025, a Guatemalan agricultural processor visited our factory for on-site equipment testing. They examined batch processing efficiency, banana chips' color and texture, and machine stability. Fully satisfied with our equipment and professional service, they signed an official export contract immediately. Afterwards, we helped with currency exchange, treated them to dinner, took them shopping for local specialties and toured Henan's scenic spots with them. Bangladesh – 200 kg/h Frozen French Fries Line

On April 25, 2025, the client sent three representatives to visit our factory and tour the production workshop. We had previously developed a customized solution for them online, featuring a complete processing line—including washing, cutting, and frying equipment—complemented by a vacuum oil filter and gear pump. During the visit, we conducted on-site test runs to demonstrate the equipment's performance, processing standards, and filtration efficiency.
